On 06.30.2016. were exchanged the instruments of ratification of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the State of Qatar on regulating the employment of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the State of Qatar. In the ceremony of exchange of instruments of ratification Qatari delegation was HE Khalid Rashid H. Al-Mansouri, Director of European Affairs of the MFA of Qatar, and the BiH side BiH Ambassador in Doha, HE Tarik Sadovic, both under the authority of the competent authorities of their countries.
It is a very important agreement governing the employment of workers from Bosnia and Herzegovina in Qatar in accordance with relevant laws, procedures and individual work contracts. The Ministry of Labor of Qatar will provide the requirements of Qatari employers looking to hire workers from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Agency for Labour and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Workers will enter into individual contracts with the employer in accordance with the form of the contract which is attached to the Agreement. The contract regulates the terms and conditions of employment as well as mutual duties and obligations. The Labour and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Labor of Qatar will undertake all the necessary procedures for the implementation of the Agreement and the competent authority of the Ministry of Labour Qatar will oversee its implementation.
