Forty-eight ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic missions in Doha attended the gala dinner hosted by the Cultural Village Foundation Katara at Katara Beach on Monday. In his welcome speech, Katara General Manager Dr. Al-Sulaiti expressed gratitude and appreciation to all ambassadors and embassies in Doha for their constant and fruitful cooperation with Katara in hosting cultural performances, events, and exhibitions throughout the year.
“Katara has magnificently succeeded in shedding light on the Arab and international diverse cultures with a special focus on preserving regional and global traditional heritage through hosting a countless number of cultural and intellectual activities, musical performances and creative art displays from across the world,” said Al Sulaiti.
“Such achievements would have never been possible without the constant and generous cooperation of your distinguished embassies. We still have much to do and your commitment and cooperation is vital and needed, he added. Ambassador of B&H, H.E. attended this event and used the opportunity to thank Mr. Al Sulaiti for his supoort and cooperation.
