EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE

A travelling certificate is issued to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are abroad without a passport, only in case of emergency. It is used only for traveling one way to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The validity of travel certificate is 30 days.

This certificate is issued in case of loss or theft of passport or at the request by the relevant institution of the State of Qatar.

Holder of the passport is obligated by law to report the loss or theft of a valid passport to the relevant police authorities of the State of Qatar. On the basis of a police report issued by a police authority of the State of Qatar, the Embassy will inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the institution that issued the lost or stolen passport to declare it invalid.
